All through last year, I hardly visited the hairdresser since I was keeping my hair long for my wedding. In fact, I also hardly visited the hairdresser the year before as I was keeping my hair long for a good friend's wedding (was bride's maid). So all I did was trims, and being the lazy driver that I am, I just went to the neighbourhood hair saloon for that.
Anyway right after my wedding, I decided, at the spur of the moment, to take a short drive to my neighbourhood hairdresser again and cut my hair short....not like too short, but shoulder length. It was liberating!!!
Fast forward to 2 months ago, I decided to pay more attention to the hair (as it was growing out of shape) and decided to drive a little further to my usual hairdresser's. I have very difficult to style hair (it does what it wants to do) and only ever will trust kelvin to fix it. I felt so guilty when I walked in and he gave me a big smile as if to say "HI WELCOME BACK. LONG TIME NO SEE".
As he swishes my hair about, he said "Did we cut your hair previously? It is out of shape"
A stab of guilt.
Me: Umm...I think so...(<--yes I deserved to be shot, or shaved bald for my evil behaviour!)
LIE LIE LIE. I lied!!!! OMG! I could not bring myself to admit it that I betrayed him. PLS FORGIVE ME!
Kelvin: Hmm...oh well, never mind. We'll fix it now.
That made me feel even worse.
Fast forward to today. I went in again to Kelvin to get my hair trimmed (short hair seems to require so much more attention ya!) and I think he was a tad bored (saloon was strangely semi-empty after the CNY buzz I suppose) because he took ages to snip strand after strand off to get that perfect cut. But in the process of doing so, he cut my hair a wee bit too short!! I now look like a darn primary school kid!!!!
It must be his form of revenge....with style of course (<--he remarked it made me look so youthful - DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LIKE I NEVER HEARD THAT BEFORE)

Huh??
Are you not worried that your hairdresser might actually stumble across your blog? maybe this is a confession box... giving you some form of therapy from guilt? hee hee...
At least I let him cut my hair and you can take a look if you are in Technip. :P
