Isn't It Romantic?

I am currently hooked on reading and watching old English classics - Jane Austen, Elizabeth Gaskell, D.H Lawrence and some others which I cannot recall the authors at the moment.

Ah...good old romance....and Mr Darcy (Pride & Prejudice-Jane Austen)....the little things that tug at our hearts (Okay...perhaps for women only).

For those who love Pride & Prejudice, check out North & South by Elizabeth Gaskell. I dare say it is as good as Pride & Prejudice, if not better.

Postcard from Bangkok

I received a postcard today all the way from Bangkok today, from my friend Angel (who was attending a conference there some weeks ago).

To Angel, thank you very much for the kind thoughts and you were right - I loved the card! It made my day and I was grinning like a silly person reading your message. Have a good break and I hope to see you soon, my dearest and longest friend in the world! HUGS!

Life Goes On

Yes we are now married, and life goes on. :)

Plenty of people asked me, "How is married life?". My reply - life goes on like the way it did before. Perhaps this surprises most people (if not all) - how can this be? Are we not excited? Or blissfully happy and completely in love now that we're married?

Well, it should have been the case even before 17 Nov 2007. And it was, and still is.

Life goes on....the way it used to be, and we've never been happier. :)
