The iconic snapshot on 31 Aug 1957, Tunku Abdul Rahman, first PM of Msia declared independence. Today my country celebrates its 50th anniversary of independence. Almost everywhere in the city, and at homes the blue, white, red and yellow Malaysian flag flies proud.
To all my fellow Malaysians, within the country and abroad…, be proud today. For wherever you may be traveling to, moving to or have moved to for the last say…ten years, you will always say “I am Malaysian”.
